HOW TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS WHEN APEX IS GOING LIVE:
TIKTOK:
STEP 1: Go to your TikTok profile tab and hit the little person with a plus sign icon in the top left corner. This will take you to a list of people you’re following.
STEP 2: Find Apex’s account @ApexWolves and click on it to open its profile page.
STEP 3: Press the BELL icon in the upper right corner and the live notifications settings will appear on the screen.
STEP 4: As you can see, the “Get recommended Live notifications” option is set as the default by TikTok. To always be notified when Apex starts a live stream, select the “Get all Live notifications” option.
INSTAGRAM:
STEP 1: Go to Apex’s Instagram page @apexprotectionproject
STEP 2: Press the BELL icon in the upper right corner and the live notifications settings will appear on the screen.
STEP 3: Press the “Goes live… Some > button at the very bottom.
STEP 4: Press the “Get all notifications” button.
FACEBOOK:
To change your general settings for live video notifications:
STEP 1: Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
STEP 2: Select Settings & privacy, then click Settings.
STEP 3: Select the BELL Notifications on the left.
STEP 4: Click Video, then select your notification options.
To change your live video notifications from a specific Page:
STEP 1: In the top left, click and search for the Page.
STEP 2: Click the Page.
STEP 3: Click “…” then click Follow settings.
STEP 4: Click Live video
STEP 5: Click the type of notifications you'd like to receive:
If All notifications or Highlights is selected, you'll receive live video notifications from the Page.
Select Off to turn off all live video notifications from the Page.
Note: When you're watching a live video or a video that was live, you can click Follow and then to be notified the next time the person or Page starts a live broadcast.
TURN YOUR NOTIFICATION SOUNDS ON YOUR PHONE “ON”.
STEP 1: Go to “Notifications” in your Settings.
You may see a note letting you know that some of your notifications are set to silent. You can tap an app in the list below, then tap a notification category to see whether it’s set to Alert or Silent and make changes.
STEP 2: Go to “Sounds and vibration” in your Settings. Make sure your notifications are “on” and that the sound is recognizable.

This includes:
1. Having a TikTok account and using TikTok on a mobile device. In order to watch live videos, you need to have a TikTok account.
2. Secondly, you need to use the TikTok app on a mobile device. This is because LIVEs are not shown on the desktop version of TikTok.
