FORMER DNR WARDEN UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR WOLF KILLING POSTED ONLINE ABOUT BAITING IN HIS YARD
February 29th: A former Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) warden who served on the agency’s committee to create a new wolf management plan for the state is under investigation by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for killing a wolf in his yard in December.
COLORADO PARKS AND WILDLIFE RELEASES NEW WOLF MAP DEPICTING LOCATIONS OF FEBRUARY ACTIVITY
February 28th: Colorado Parks and Wildlife released its latest wolf activity map on Wednesday, depicting where collared wolves have been in Colorado over the past 35 days.

February 27th, Oregon: The ODFW recently released information regarding a wolf kill in Wheeler County. On Februaryruary 16th, investigators confirmed that a wolf or wolves within the Fossil Wildlife Management Unit in Wheeler County had killed a 2-day old bovine calf. The depredation occurred on private property in Lost Valley.
